The surrounding locations are stunning and worth visiting. the reception staff is friendly and helpful with tourist attraction bookings. Rooms are clean, although the walkways can be unswept. the spacious lobby is great with a free pool table. Food at lunch and dinner is excellent.

The breakfast choices are basic and disappointing compared to the price of the stay.

The hotel's location was perfect for our visit to the nearby national parks. It was the only building in the area, which gave us the best wilderness experiences. We loved the kindness and availability of the staff. They helped us to organize local attractions and places to visit. the food at the restaurant was very good, and we enjoyed pre-ordering our meals before arrival.

The Wi-Fi was not stable, especially at night. The breakfast was dull sometimes, and options to choose from were limited.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is amazing, being so close to three stunning national/provincial parks. The staff here are incredibly professional and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me with all my needs, always with a smile. The hotel itself is so luxurious and comfortable, with air conditioning in each room, a clean pool, and beautiful garden furniture where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. The daily room cleaning and light continental breakfast were perfect, and the dinner menu had a great selection at reasonable prices. I also loved that this place offers tours and ticket assistance, so I was able to easily explore the nearby El Chiflon Park. the service, amenities, and location of this hotel exceeded my expectations.
